lepanic, you're right, I think 2 bucks is the benchmark rate for 56% Fe ore. Now that demand has declined the steelmakers want iron ore that actually has iron in it. 12 months ago you could have loaded a ship with sand from Cottesloe and they would have bought it.
MMX grades to date have been very good.
