    They are talking to international(asian) major banks for syndicate facility and export credit agencies at the moment...Murchison expecting few billion(unknow) payment from mits based on umbrella financing...It is very well explained in new york conference(see video from mmx website)

    apart from that 400 million additional funding help from mits...

    If they still need money they will do cap raising at the end of the year...
