Horus, There will always buyers, if there is no buyer stocks will drop like there is no tomorrow. The fact is, the sellers are gaining control at the moment hence the decline in price. My advice is to wait for two wks, I'm confident of we seeing some sort of correction within the two wks period. Do you have any experience in doing fundamental analysis? Its a lot harder than it looks.
ps the whole resource sector had a stellar yr, I suspect there won't be much gain left (I suspect about 10-15%, BHP is trading about 15% off its all time high) but the risk to the downside is high. Thats not to said every stock is going to be like that, MMX could rise/fall. Also, MMX was trading at $6 prior to the crash but it traded as low as 50c, you might investigate the reasons behind that.
