Under "Murchison Specific Risks"
• Contingent claims: Murchison is currently party to, and has received notice of, claims that relate to the period leading up to Murchison’s listing on ASX in March 2005. If any of these claims are successful, it may result in Murchison being required to compensate the relevant claimant (which could involve the payment of monetary damages, the issue of Murchison Shares or the transfer of an interest in the Jack Hills Project). Murchison has provided indemnities to Mitsubishi in relation to these
matters. Murchison is of the view that these claims have no foundation.
Seems that Mitsubishi have their bases covered if the CHM claim is proven in court
