First - The relative simplicity of a fertilizer plant is not my opinion river, it is fact. It does not require new, unique, customised or untested technology. Fertiliser plants around the world have been based on a similar design for decades. But again your making assumptions about why the contract was terminated and have incorrectly provided a one or the other scenario when there are many other reasons we could speculate why the contract was terminated.

Again your connecting dots that dont exist. The fact the project has a small Capex to NPV doesn't change just because the company is doing the best for shareholders by securing non-dilutive funding which is taking longer. They have made it clear this path will delay us 3 months longer than previous financing timelines but is in the best interest to shareholders. You cant call being slightly delayed as such a mess. Its not a mess its just delayed.
