    I'd also forgotten to mention they are in talks with a second port in the region which is a deep water port. it's expected to open in 2025 and they see it to be used for international exports. they do regular visits on its progress and seem to want to be one of the first on the lineup. I appreciate this foresight and it was another sign of confidence to me.
