This imo would be a serious red flag and concern if this was to be the case
Change of contractor was a huge red flag - with no explanation
No News on Funding details etc and DD still awaits
Yet many here say screaming bargain and well under valued
@Carlton123 seems to have been spot on the Money for a while now
