Must have been the biggest road blocker for a Private Equity Fund or Any other Party wanting to gobble up Metminco for a cool A$100m I reckon.
Hence in the UK Market Makers smacked this down 17% only to realise we knew their game, yes dilution is likely from the options by they are priced in dear MMs... almost 20%, so if a deal is on it may well be even higher to conclude as cash in the bank is hitting nil points. Their 3 options did not suggest further placements but wanting peeps to convert their options or JV or cash generator acquisition.
More bullish now.
