In my opinion it may be first cash-flow. It is assumed allotment space application was accepted at least nine days ago. It takes approximately two to three weeks to receive cash-flow after acceptance of allotment space which is in line with the assumed upcoming announcement. It certainly does not take two weeks to create an announcement stating allotment space has been achieved, so I believe the next announcement may hold much happiness for shareholders.
