If they are required to disclose then they have to. If it was bad news it would have been done on a Friday after market close (we have to wait another 20 minutes for Nasdaq. If they have good news it makes sense to do it on a Monday morning pre market.
And if they are required to make an announcement and they don't then they are f'in retarded
