Yes it is a completely different situation .... however they did release the 9 month results on 16 Feb 17, so I am struggling with the 12 months results not being issued some 7 months after that date ? I asked JM in August what the hold up was and she stated that they were scheduled to be released in Q3 2017 CY, so I guess if they are released by 30 Sept they are not late?

Regarding announcements though - we will definitely see Directors Notices tomorrow .... to be compliant that will be the last day allowable - can't wait to see what their purchases were, although they were only allowed to participate in the 1 for 12 as no additional shares up to 100% were allowed to be purchased ....
