The recent announcement regarding the investor presentations in America contained a brief update that negotiations with MNK were continuing, although not explicitly acknowledging exclusivity had expired.

My understanding is that the voluntary escrow for the share consideration is 12 months, thus lapsing on 23 December.

Is MSB confident that a definitive outcome will occur prior to the end of that period, or, is there intent on either or both sides to extend the voluntary escrow period until a definitive outcome as a demonstration of good faith negotiation and so as not to potentially disadvantage existing shareholders who would be unaware of both:

a) the status or direction of negotiations, and
b) any trading of the shares during the negotiations

should the voluntary escrow period lapse without an outcome.
