Not sure how much of the silence is IK himself, how much is due to lack of funds to get things done quickly, and how much is due to the newer jorc rules.

IK explained how the latest set of jorc rule book is three times thicker than the old one. So it has become very difficult for small asx companies to give 'targets' of exploration size, production rate, cash costs e.t.c until a full on jorc has been done and signed off.
