Was it Socrates who once said '' I am the wisest man alive for I know nothing ?
None the wiser here.
Balanced arguments and opinion are one thing, but charts and announcements are another. All must be considered imho
With a BM update imminent, why has the sp taken a further dump ? A bit of a confusing vibe I would have thought ?
Re the western corridor feeble argument;
Land pressure is always a commercial concern mate.
Especially land within the 2030 Melbourne metro expansion plan.
I used to plan and plant broad acre intensified horticulture plantations, and I can tell you 100 bux an acre Land near Port Augusta and Port Pirie is more commercial than $20,000 per acre lifestyle only plans,,,, this also has great relevance and potential commercialisation impacts regarding the future of mining V accessible infrastructure compared to 10 buck an acre Mt M which is a long way from infrastructure.
I would love to see Lake Bacchus in 2030 !! ,, you dont back fill 60 metre holes with Acme instant dirt, unless you want to buy a spare disused sterile mountain in the nearby Brisbane Ranges and move it for a dollar a metre Vertigo.
So long as we only see the rosy sided argument back slapped and more conservative overviews dismissed then;
re blue sky ventures, holders will get burnt at the expense of the more eloquent traders. I Am also trying to put fwd eloquently and calmly, some fair minded balance, whether I believe in what I am stating, or simply entertain statements for discussion. Something that I have always found hard to do on MNM threads. Socrates aside, I also believe that the definition of intelligence is the ability to discuss a topic without necessarilly believing it to be hard and unmovable fact. Also,, I am the world's second worst speller.
Kind regards
ol' Rupe.
