    OK, I am not an expert on coal chemistry or politics, although as a managemnent research consultant of over 30 years, I could be brought up to speed quite quickly,

    My point remains - we want Mantle to be successful, Victoria is lagging in the economic growth stakes, Exergen is seeking more funds, the Victorian government always wants runs on the board, so where or what should we focus on?

    What should Exergent do or Mantle do?
