I am not sure if this has been covered, but either Lex or Fakeshark looked at the top 20 holders and saw that the two 1M oppie buys in November was the same holder. That same holder probably wants more parcels the same, therefore they have put in another buy bid of 1M oppies.
Last time the two bids were put in a few days apart of 1M each time. Once one lot was bought they put in for a second lot, this is probably the third lot.
