I agree with your thoughts Bowral about the Jorc it makes sense. But when I spoke with IK a couple of times in June/july about the JV his comments were that the paperwork re the JV had been exchanged and expected it would only be a mth or so and would be signed he never made any mention of the Jorc needing to be completed for this to happen and obviously it was not going to be as drilling was not even started or organised at that point.Obviously this may have changed,makes no sense the co not communicating this type of thing if its the case? because I am sure all holders would be very comfortable waiting for the Jorc to then formalise the JV rather than just speculation that that is the hold up or there are other issues.
