bowral,i have to disagree when you say in regard to exergen that "they need us and we need them".No,exergen do NOT need mnm,as there are many sources of brown coal all over the world where exergen can source their brown coal supply from.In saying that exergen may very well complete the jv with mantle,but the way i see it they have all the bargaining power as they own the tech,and have a choice of where they get their coal from,mnm have nothing if exergen choose to walk.If jv is ever signed,im sure it will be on very favourable terms for exergen.Maybe this is a sticking point,and why the jv is late.....
