For the 25 years I have been punting on spec stocks on the asx junior explorer SP's have been getting walked down, directors and SI mates of directors get a load of cheap stock (often at 10-20% below VWAP) and attaching freebie oppies, the company releases news and the SP runs again and the insiders double their money (or better).
why would MNM be any different? Just look at the relationship of its CR and SP history. It ISN'T any different.
The last time MNM did a large CR ar 6c with free ops the heads quickly tripled and the free ops went to 10C+!
Today is green light day for the next director and SI share and oppie grab, this time at 5c.
My tip is watch the SP spike on news of BCP progress over the next few months.
Punters who don't like this eternal cycle should buy blue chips instead of junior explorers.
But you don't get many quick 10 baggers out of the ASX 200.
MNM 10 bagging would give it a MC of $130 million.
It's 50% share of the BM NPV alone is $700 million.
