One of the most absurd comments you have made. What do you think has made the MNM shareprice run? Think about it. They're in a JV with Exergen (probably ESI's closest rival) and they are now in a JV with ESI's strategic partner and major investor, the Callejas.

"One is a miner and the other is a manufacturer of an alternate fuel."
One has an exploration portfolio with an interest in a brown coal dewatering technology and the other commercialises coal and steel technologies (not manufacturer of alternate fuel - they do not do this yet!)
