JBD Industrial Park sold 7,200,000 Environmental Clean Technologies shares worth $475,920 on September 8, decreasing from 67,683,000 shares (12.63%) to 60,483,000 shares (9.78%).

and the latest top 40 ann for ESI says JBD is down to 6% (about 45 million shares). so there is a few million missing shares somewhere.

whatever the numbers are, the point is JBD have been net sellers in contrast to MNM's largest shareholders (all directors) who are are loading up with as many as they can get hold of. why isn't Kos Galtos and the rest of the Board buying ESI at this very attractive entry price?
