    Hi seden33,

"Environmental Clean Technologies Limited is in the business of commercialising and selling disruptive technologies that have game-changing potential within the energy and resources sector capable of delivering significant environmental and commercial benefits."

I see that comes from the ECT website where I have just spent the last hour or so doing a little research.

I am concerned that it seems to be very light on detail as far as which companies ECT are collecting residual earnings from let alone how much. Minutes from AGM didn't appear to contain financial details for past financial year or projected earnings for the next. Could you please direct me in the right direction to obtain such details.

It seems curious also that they are not spruiking the licensing agreement signed and sealed with Thang Luong. This must be a huge coup for such a small company. Why would this partnership signing with TinCom not be highlighted if it was signed way back in May?

Also, I doesn't appear to reveal how many shares are on issue for ESI. Is the sp being help back as a result of dilution? Could you please advise me of this?

Other than Coldry, what are the other main disruptive technologies ECT has? This industry is of great interest to me as it is possibly a sector that will florish in the future.

Seden33, MNM has actually had three tenements at BM granted and are just waiting on licensing agreements there. The native title issue has to do with their 100% owned Mt Mulligan tenement which has 500m/t of black coal and is situated in far north queensland. MNM does not yet have approval for three coal tenements at Texas on the NSW/QLD boarder. There seems to be quite a bit of misunderstanding about what MNM has and has not.

I'm a little confused by the comparisons as they are two extremely different companies.

I'll wait for some answers to these questions or perhaps call the company directly on Monday. Perhaps I could suggest they update their webpage.

Best wishes and thanks in advance
