Some have asked - why has the share price gone backwards since the June signing? Simple answer is the "tens of millions cash down " didnt follow.

Thats May 10...was the "tens of millions cash down" a slip of the tongue? Huge figures for a microcap!

The signing was late June. Naturally, the Tincom $$ was expected then....no show.

"Project feasibility and localisation studies commenced following the signing of the License Agreement on 25th June and have received significant direct investment and resourcing from TinCom."

"the localisation study currently under way for our Victoria Coldry project....The design and engineering work for the Victoria Coldry project will run about $15 to $20 million."

Id say - the "received significant direct investment" spent since June 25 amounts to a few million....and the " $15 to $20 million" all adds up to the "tens of millions".

So why wasnt the 8 Dec 2010 - ECT newsletter an ASX ann? Significant news the "$15 to $20 million"

These figures are hugely significant for a knife edge microcap - obviously Tincom are indeed quietly pumping millions into the ARUP led FS - sooner or later the market will recognise this deal as real.

Why did it take ECT 5 mth to ann the FS had started?

Some from MNM have asked - why this... why that?

The above is an example that says you have to do some real digging with this one unfortunately if you want to know the ins/outs...or... you take the short cut route and just focus on Tincoms ability to fund the project.
