How about some market cap comparisons instead hard man.
After announcements by both companies that caught the markets imagination, at its peak MNM was around 50mil with ESI at around 85mil ? heads only.

ESI SP 18/6/10 - 33mil
ESI SP 14/1/11 - 18mil
MNM SP 18/6/10 - 4mil
MNM SP 14/1/11 - 31mil
No mate, JDB was never at 15% and to put it simply for you they have had a one off sell of 7.6 mil shares.
