You've got two options jjjj - you can exercise the options as you describe (by paying the company 4.5c per option before the Jun 2015 deadline); these options then turn into ordinary shares and would be worth whatever the going rate for them is.
Alternatively, as they are listed options (under the new code MNMO) you can trade them directly on market as if they were shares - buying and selling at whatever the current market price for them is.
