Mods please don't wipe the above post as IMO it is fair and although it mentions ESI the only way an ESI holder will read it is if they come looking for it. IMO newbies in ESI need a more balanced view and an alternative opinion to help them get a balanced sense of where they are at at the moment as I think there is a dangerous lack of oposing view over there at the moment.

I also beleive HM's post is valuable to our thread as it shows there is value in this new sector that is yet to be fully realised with the new brown coal agenda of the Vic Gov.

Surely we can discuss the sector and other players within it without offending too many others.
