The uncertainty with the 3 million raising, while not a lot, will still cause a problem and that seems to be one of the biggest problems here with MNQ, which is uncertainty.
They don't actually have a good record on delivering in the mining area and then they changed paths into something completely different and away from the mining area and any serious holders or investors would want to see that they have funding and a product that reflects more then a 17 patient study, otherwise it will come across like many of the juniors players on ASX, who are all flipping to lithium for the flavour of the month and to stay afloat and raise capital, when there core business can not deliver.
