From my experience of State One, they tend to be short term aggressive buyers and once they create a market at higher prices, they tend to take profits and move on. No one knows whether they will sell the whole lot, but broker data past three four trading days suggests they are looking to move on by distributing their shares.
This is not a bad thing, at least it gives indication of how many shares are left to absorb and once that's done, the odds are likely for this to go up.
