    The frustration shareholders at this stage of a company cycle who now have embarked on a change of direction is the alignment of management and the time it takes to tick the boxes vs the timeframe holders want those things to happen to yield a return on the share price. Usually if not always shareholder timeframe is far quicker and usually not practical to the timeframes it does require.

    these are the things based on my previous experience that MNQ management need to tick off (no particular order) in the coming months (not weeks) .
    A) disposal of existing resource assets.
    B) capital raising for Epat acquisition.
    C) hold a shareholder meeting to approve and then re-compliance of ASX listing rules
    D) new management team and board of directors. they have gone from resource to now bio tech so with that comes a change in the personnel who have experience in this field, so you would expect to see positional appointments.
    E) re-listing under the new company name and new ASX code
    F) Roadshows
