I spoke to management a few days ago - they seemed very busy with plenty of noise in the background.

I have raised similar points to your list, and this is what I was advised:

A) Fyre Lake asset being worked on frantically and hopeful for creation of some shareholder value shortly

B) $3 million is very likely to be raised, if not already

C) Shareholder meeting should go smoothly and all resolutions are likely to be passed

D) Management is currently seeking experienced personnel from the tech/biotech sector as future CEO or MD

E) Refer to C

F) This will begin very shortly and will be ongoing for an extended period of time


Those with patience in my opinion will be rewarded. The future roadshows will hopefully generate interest to new brokers & their respective clients.
