    I suggest read up the announcement yesterday 90 page one

    Your shares are still in the company you become a holder in the new business , your shares after relisting are consolidated in a 4:7 split , every 7 shares you get 4 , with the share price having the same ratio applied ie 1.4c now is 2.45c on relisting.
