I like from reading the announcement of meeting made last week the prospectus will come out mid August and close on the day of the sholder meeting. That means all the money on the float will have firm commitments by end of the month.

I think this could do very well given its low market cap on relisting and with news flow , the fact they are already trialling in facilities , have bupa in the background , the market will see the success of RAP from 2c to 40c and will be eyeing to see if Epat will be next and buying on any confirmation of that for fear of missing out on a RAP like performance
