Hi Hicbart, Like you, I remember Kiwi's wonderful 1983 performance, but what does "Pre-approval for mining from Tanzanian govt" mean?

Has there been a nudge-nudge wink-wink episode somewhere? Can we expect some kind of indication soon?

I can only assume you are right, and there has been some prior indication of the approval of a Mining Licence, but it is certainly a bit of a surprise.

Is it true?
