not sure what you are implying Prime....I am merely stating what needs to be done. I would have thought those steps were a given considering the companies published time line....although I did forget to add in the environmental impact study which management have already announced is well underway.
That final 500 yards Kiwi covered from near last to first sure does make the hairs on the back of the neck stand up.
