This fella Andrew John Price seems well qualified to keep trying to overthrow the MNS Board ....LOL...
He's previously been sacked as a CEO of a company named Paperlinx which is now in administration and now has an Interim AVO taken our by MNS Boss Frank Poullas ...lets see how long it takes him to contravene the order.....he now spends his day downramping MNS as he's entitled to do as a very minor shareholder in our company with 1,000 MNS shares....
Paperlinx has sacked chief executive Andrew Price just 17 months to the day after appointing him to the top job. The giant paper merchant terminated Price’s contract “with immediate effect” despite it being due to expire in April, and handed the reins to chairman Robert Kayle until a replacement is found. No reason for dumping the colourful and controversial figure has been given, just a brief statement to the ASX. Price's predecessors were at least allowed to resign with something resembling dignity when he forced them out. “The board believes the group will benefit from new leadership as it continues to evaluate all strategic options as part of the strategic review,” the statement says.
Get your popcorn early and sit back as security will be tight at the AGM with this fella in the room - if he actually attends unlike Burwood Court on Monday when he was a no show .
