Magnis has pulled a checkmate on C4V. Obviously the C4V deal is to Sahilesh’s benefit and I would say the Magnis upcoming deal dwarfs C4V’s and is much better for MNS. Funny how all of the sudden Shailesh and C4V can get money after living of the Magnis tit for 6 years.

This is very good for Magnis and it’s holders. I would say the board has to accept the best deal on the table. Obviously Magnis has a better finance deal in place and took control to make sure money is not blown through the C4V raising.
