Not a good buy at these prices.
1. The Dow Jones and ASX are close to all time highs. An inevitable correction occuring in those markets means all speculative stocks like MNS will fall significantly - as they produce no income.
2. This company has a part ownership in a partly built factory in New York in America. Manufacturing in America has declined significantly because Asian countries have way cheaper labour costs. Has snyone travelled to Asian countries like China...or have you been to America ? It's only when you see these things that it really hits home.
3. Numerous senior people have left MNS after short periods of time.
4. The raw material deposit in Tanzania is not even close to being mined ...let alone shipped to America for use in the partly built factory.
5. With the high labour costs in America can these batteries even be produced at a profit ? No one knows.
6. What's stopping companies who've signed contracts with this company buying batteries from someone else ? Lots of factories are being built all over the world.
7. Numerous mistakes in announcement by this company including the funding announcement recently clarifed to the ASX.
8. What happened to the battery factory that was going to be built in Townsville ? Australian Manufacturing has declined just like America's has due to our very labour costs...
Definenly some positives in MNS which others have highlighted....
Possibly a buy at a lower price...but not at these prices IMO...
DYOR and this is not financial advice.
