    Thanks Ozi.

Was more so thinking along the lines of factoring in our 63% ownership in iM3NY and what this could potentially be valued up by the US market if/when the listing goes ahead.

Thanks to one of our friends who recently reposted the North American gigafactories map and by doing a quick search on some of these companies I found 4 currently valued around the US$3 - 3.5b mark. 2 of these were due to start production in 2024. One had an annual revenue of $150m (with an outlay of $170m) and the other $17m for the latest quarter period.

Now I’m not suggesting iM3NY will be valued at this figure because going off an $AUD valuation of approx $4b, 63% would equate to around $2.5b or $2.50 per share (just for the iM3NY business) and we all know that is unrealistic, even in the short term….but it is a starting point on how the US may value iM3NY later this year and the potential for a much higher valuation on MNS at just 32c a share just based off the listing alone.

Also, thought I might add two other customers FP has announced that I have not heard much discussion on:

    Martac Systems
    https://martacsystems.com/

    BAE Systems
    https://www.baesystems.com/en/home

    Source (approx 5:30)

At AUD$300m market cap our 63% in iM3NY would now only be valued at a maximum of around US$345m - and this is if ALL of MNS were to be valued just on its shareholding of iM3NY.

If anyone has any other suggestions on how the US market may value iM3NY or is willing to dig a little deeper with regards to comparisons on how peer companies are currently valued, I’m all ears….
