however management have provided their commentary on the matter in the ANN that highlighted discussions with interested parties.

realistically until they provide a further update nothing much can be said - all depends on any update they provide on the matter. In the past they have not let the company down and we have been here before prior to an upward rerate - so until the next ANN (hopefully a good one as the alternative obviously does not bode well) what more can anyone realistically say other than "you need cash" which you non-holders are obviously restating and restating and restating.

anyhow until a further ANN is provided by management no realistic comment can be made - other than "we need cash by the end of the quarter" so still time. SP will obviously be volatile and the advent of shorters do not assist the situation but that's a fact of life in the circumstances.

anyhow am sure that they have it under control - unless they had thought that they would have landed a cornerstone investor by now but the timing was astray??? - till the next ANN).
