Oh they are having fun with this, when the buy and sell side is almost exactly the same, the highest sell is 20 cents higher the the price and the lowest buy is 20 cents lower the the current price. The computer must be running hot to give the perception they are chasing.
however buy side stacked and they are keeping it below 70 and buying it up. JMHO DYOR.
