I just read the announcement again and as mentioned I can't say that I haven seen an update to the contrary since.

Either that or the components of the Giga factory are still in their respective boxes within the above mentioned storage space of approximately 100,000sq feet.

Capraise have you got any other questions? Than may I suggest you find the announcement referring to them. That is one way of stopping your confusion and get it clear in your own mind where MNS/iMP3 are at with its NY plans and wouldn't try to accuse me lying or making things up!
