Any moving average approach is always lagging - with a share like MNS this can be an advantage re entries, it is a burden in exits and shouldn't be used.
The only problem I've ever had with charting MNS is the lightly traded volume, I have struggled with this in applying volume and spread analysis for a long time with MNS - perhaps Wyckoff would have left this one alone ? Bollingers I've noticed lately are gaining or regaining popularity and rightly so.
The one other indicator that I think mirrors some of the Wyckoff principles is the RSI - Unfortunately it is devoid of any volume input but really does mirror the spread of a sp as it nears overbought and oversold.
