T2T IMO this could be one of the rare occasions where chartists can't really tell. There are obviously other matters at play here that charts may not be able to identify - as you mentioned no doubt the good news from Tanz has derisked MNS more than anticipated but also has given us the way forward there and therefore a tick in investor eyes. In addition with more focus from overseas investors may well be that they see potential here as well this the strong support - not to mention LTers holding rather than panicking and selling at this stage - all IMO.
