    Yes Slogger there are other companies that have traded under their 50 and 200 MA's that have raised capital from institutions .... at a discount!

    Moral of the story: They want a discount for the risk to protect themselves. Where does this leave MNS? That's one of the questions you should have asked at the AGM.
