For those who think the 2019 supply deadline for today's sales agreement is unrealistic, and wish to short MNS (or holders wishing to sell out), IMO a rally into 51-54 cent zone may represent value. This may take a day or two, maybe 3. Of interest also is the 130 day EMA acting as co-resistance last few months.
If price doesn't rally into this zone o this news I would consider it IMO to very bearish.
