So maybe you should go back and read the details and perhaps correct you obvious mistake.

1. I'd suggest you go back and read the details. (Totally agree with this point)
2. They've only valued the land, at $3.4m plus $900k clearing costs. (N0 thats the entire costing)
3. Money they don't have right now as ongoing operation of the company continues to drain their limited pool. (Um the have approx 6.4 million in cash now, more then enough to cover these costs and the the options expire in May where they will recieve a futher $11 million???) How can you possibly say they dont have the money for this????

A reply would be appropriate I think?
