This is where those options come in handy, expecting a further ~$10m before or during May '17. Nor are MNS solely focusing on the battery market (refer http://hotcopper.com.au/posts/20696798/single). I also highly doubt MNS will be selling any concentrate if they don't get their own offtake, let alone to the KNL/Sojitz JV that currently does not exist.
Following @sroyle 's comment about the ambit claims being launched after confusion over the bulk sampling, I think KNL should be able to proceed in executing their RAP with minimal disruption
