Where is the review of the asx and their role in all this? There is plenty of blame for them as well. They should have reigned Magnis in years ago. A couple of limp wristed slaps and some ineffectual questions? It's been obvious for years that the anns (price sensitive) were BS and that there was never any follow up. Or is that too hard? Or would it catch out a few other "cowboys" who roam the exchange?
