Hi V8man, yeh normally I would agree with you but the graphite anode does seem to be what is holding advancements in battery technology back, you just get the feeling they can't replace it soon enough. Seems to be the weakest link so you would have thought there would be a big push on to get rid of it before EV and the batteries really take off. Would certainly help with the take up of EV technology if you could plug in whilst having a coffee and significantly extend your battery range, maybe enough to get to the next McDonalds charging station.
