Hi Robbo, yes the last battery test announcement said qualification work ongoing so they may be starting to look at some of the things you mention. There was an interval of about 3 months between battery test announcements so we may get another set of test results in a few months time.

Once they then have the basics sorted out, would they then need to move to real life type testing, like produce a few batteries with our super dupa, supposedly isotropic graphite that is totally unique and then test them for a few years in real life conditions, eg when it's raining with the headlights on and 2.3 kids with IPads plugged in to those charger things. Wouldn't want the kids iPads to run out half way in the middle of nowhere.
